Description: The Victoria Palace Theatre, magnificently restored for the 21st century, reopens December 6 with the European premiere of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s acclaimed, Pulitzer Prize winning Hamilton. The highly popular winner of 11 awards at the 2016 Tonys is an expressly multi-racial hip-hop take on the life and times of Alexander Hamilton (1757 – 1804), who rose from orphanhood in the Caribbean to become one of the Founding Fathers of the United States. One of the biggest US theatre events of the decade, Hamilton has reportedly sold out in London till next year, though an extension is likely and lottery tickets do become available through avenues listed below.
